Matthew Fox returned to an Oregon jail on Friday to have his mug shot taken in relation to his DUI arrest in May.
The former Lost star was pulled over by cops in Bend in the early hours of 4 May and taken into custody for booking on two misdemeanor counts of driving under the influence and driving without a license. However, the camera at the Deschutes County Adult Jail was broken at the time of Fox’s arrest and officers were unable to snap his photo for their records.
Matthew Fox was asked to return there last week, when officials were finally able to take his mug shot.
Fox reached a plea deal with prosecutors last month (Jun12) and agreed to complete a court diversion program within a year to avoid jail time.
